Following the ceremony on the Glade, the Museum is open from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, to 9/11 rescue, recovery, and relief workers, survivors, first responders, members of the downtown community, and family members of those who have died from 9/11-related illness and injury with complimentary admission for up to four guests. Tickets are required to enter the Museum, and advance reservations are recommended to ensure access to the Museum at your preferred time.
